4. How You Access the Platform
You’ll get access through a secure referral code provided by your employer. This code allows you to sign up and access the platform, but your employer will never know how you use aloomah. We do not share any of your personal activity or identity with them.

- Explicit Consent — for any sensitive information related to your fertility, health, or emotional journey
You’ll see these clearly explained during sign-up.

You can choose to manage or disable cookies through your device or browser settings.
8. Who Can See Your Data
Only our small, trusted team and carefully selected service providers (like hosting and analytics platforms) have access to your data, and only for the reasons listed in this policy.
We may share anonymous insights with your employer, such as “40% of employees used the journaling feature,” but never anything that can identify you.
9. Where We Store Your Data
Right now, all personal data is stored and processed within the UK. If we ever expand outside the UK in future, we’ll update this policy and follow the proper safeguards for international transfers.

- Ask how your data is being used
- Object to certain types of processing
You can exercise these rights via the app or by contacting us at privacy@aloomah.com.

We only keep your data for as long as you’re using the platform. If you stop using aloomah, we’ll delete or anonymise your data after a set period (unless we’re required to keep it for legal reasons).
You can also request deletion at any time, and we’ll action it within 30 days.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as the platform evolves. We’ll always let you know about significant changes either by email or through a notification in the app.
13. Still Have Questions?
We’re always here to support you — including with your privacy. If you ever have a concern or question about how your data is handled, please reach out to:
